Course Content

We've distilled several hours of content into just 30 minutes to give you a jump start on learning and applying PRRT™. See the full course curriculum above.

  • Hamstrings Release

    $50 value

Hamstrings can be involved with back, buttock, SI, and knee pain. Practitioners can perform this technique in 10-15 seconds and see an increase in ROM of 15 degrees or more.

  • TMJ Release

    $50 value

Practitioners will find tension or tenderness in the superficial head of the masseter muscles in virtually all patients. This technique will inhibit the TMJ muscles and can be given as a home exercise for your patients.

  • Lateral Epicondylitis Release

    $50 value

Also known as "Tennis elbow," trigger points are found in the extensor muscles. They are often caused by repetitive activities like wringing out clothes, gripping tools, and playing racquet sports. This technique will profoundly affect your patients, even after one session.
