The products available on this site are only to be purchased and used by licensed healthcare practitioners practicing within the scope of their license. In agreeing to these terms and in purchasing you are representing the aforementioned to be true and accurate.

Should you opt for a free trial program, you hereby agree to pay all monthly installments once outside the 30-day cancellation period.
